Special Movie Review: Pear Harbor

I just finished watching Pearl (For the first time) so I decided to to a special non-weekly review. Pearl Harbor is ther Story of two pilots who are the best of friends. (Rayfe and Danny). Rayfe volunteers to go fly for the British and ends up get shot down. Danny and Evelyn (Rayfe's Girl friend) think he is dead and end up doing it. Evelyn gets pregnant and gets a big surprise. Rayfe did not die and came back to her like he said he would. After he finds out about her moving on with his best friend. They end up getting in a fight. Then after the fight Pearl Harbor is bombed, this scene is going on for like 30-45 min. and is one of the more exciting parts of the movie. Rayfe and Danny end up getting to an un-attacked air base, and take off to shoot down some planes. After these events President Franklin Deleno Roosevelt orders an attack on Japan. So Rayfe and Danny along with other pilots launch an attack using B 52 fighter planes and bomb a factory. Danny ends up dying and Rayfe and Evelyn and end getting married and naming Danny's son after his father who died.

John Voit was the best part he got to play FDR and did an amazing job. All in all this was one of the most amazing movies I have seen. It has enough action for the guys and enough romance to satisfy the girls. Just don't let very young children see it.
